Education
High school degree required, bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
• Two years of teaaching and/or childcare experience preffered
• Ability to teach preschool students on their level

• Godly character (pastoral and other character references may be required)

• Self-educator and lifetime learner
• Well-spoken with excellent grammar and vocabulary

• Teachable and committed to growing, learning, and developing new understanding and skills
• Understanding of and ability to integrate biblical worldview in the classroom
• Maturity and emotional stability
• Heart for preschool-aged children, ability to interact with and lead children with a strong desire to see them learn well, know God, and love God
